Momby partners commit to accurate information and qualifications, respect for every family, transparent fees, no pressure to buy, keeping what parents share confidential, and never promoting formula, maternity milk, dummies, bottles or anything on the exclusion list.
What Momby does, and doesn't do
Momby introduces skilled people and thoughtful brands so parents have more choices when they need them. Momby doesn't advise on their behalf, book for them or take a cut.
Every conversation, all care and any fees happen directly between parents and the partner, through the partner's own channels.
Momby doesn't vouch for service quality. A ✓ on a profile only means Momby has seen that original document.
Partners commit to
- Giving Momby accurate information and qualifications, and telling Momby when anything changes.
- Treating every family with respect, empathy and without judgement.
- Clear fees, and never pressuring parents to buy.
- Never promoting formula, maternity milk, dummies, bottles or anything on Momby's exclusion list.
- Keeping what parents share confidential, and using information parents agree to send (such as a delivery address) only for that purpose.
- Taking responsibility for their own products and services, with substantiated claims.
- Not using Momby's name or logo in promotion without Momby's consent.
- Accepting that Momby may pause or remove a profile after a serious complaint or inaccurate information.
Products Momby never accepts
Not as partners, not as listed products, not as privileges. This is Momby's own policy, broader than Decree 100/2014.

- Dummies, bottles and artificial teats
- Complementary food for babies under 6 months
- Tobacco and alcohol
- Rapid postpartum weight-loss products
- Unregistered “remedies” for height or milk supply
- Teas and herbs marketed as medicine
How Momby chooses partners
Experts
- Real identity, plus the degrees and practising licences each field requires. Momby sees the originals before publishing.
- They sign the Expert Commitment and review the edited profile before it goes live.
Brands
- Licensed, with registered products, and nothing on the exclusion list.
- Transparent ingredients, origins and prices; substantiated claims.
- In line with Momby's values: no fear-based marketing, no body-shaming after birth, supportive of breastfeeding.
- Good after-sales care; Momby reviews each profile every 12 months.
Momby's content stays independent
Paying can't buy a place on Momby Connect. Articles, Doti and danger-sign guidance don't depend on partners. Doti only suggests partners when parents ask to find an expert or a product, and always says they're Momby partners.

What does the ✓ “Original seen by Momby” mean?
Momby has seen that original document (identity, degree, licence, business registration) on the date shown. It helps you trust the information is real; the partner is responsible for their service quality.
Is my information shared with partners?
Only when you agree each time, for example when entering a delivery address for a gift. Momby never sells or shares your information with partners.
Where do I report a problem with a partner?
Message Momby through the Contact page or Feedback in the app. Momby may pause or remove a profile after a serious complaint.
Momby makes the introduction so you have more choices. Product and service information is provided by each partner, who is responsible for it. For anything used during pregnancy or for your baby, do check with your doctor.
